‘The Governance Spectrum’ is the continuation of the ‘Governance Watch’ series. This publication attempts to identify, record and analyze events related to conflicts, disputes or tensions that occur across Nepal’s four key governance domains: Political System and Governance, Natural Resource and Environmental Governance, Development Governance, Ethnocultural Governance. To identify such events, GMC Nepal regularly monitors twelve national and provincial daily newspapers with a robust methodology for recording and analysis.
